Availability and Delivery
Pefferlaw Creek Farms products are ready-made. Delivery time will vary from product to product. An approximate time period will be communicated to you while you place an order.
Return Policy
At Pefferlaw Creek Farms, we take pride in using top notch materials and unparalleled quality. However, with our products, we are unable to return your item for a refund. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order and will ensure that you get what you were looking for.
If you want to return any order, please return them to our address one week (7 days) of receiving the order. Pefferlaw Creek Farms will only accept returned products that are in good condition and not damaged in any way. Pefferlaw Creek Farms will not accept products that have been altered in any way. The shipping charges for return have to be paid by the customer.
Your Account
The privacy of your account and pass-word is your responsibility and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Pricing
All our prices are inclusive of Indian VAT. For shipments outside of India, you will be solely responsible for calculating and paying any and all taxes, customs duties, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country in relation to the Product(s) or Services. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Payments may be made by Master Card, Visa, and PayPal. The safety of your Credit Card/Debit Card information is of paramount importance to us. We do not store any credit card/debit card information and your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.

Send a Product
Pefferlaw Creek Farms is not responsible for any damage / loss to your product while shipping it to our offices. The product will be returned in the same condition that it was received by us, along with the rest of the order.
